Why should YOU be there?
The SSMS is the ideal event and environment for you to build or reinforce relationships with PSIA-E/AASI
member school directors who are influential in many resort buying decisions; as well as division leadership
and education staff. More than 250 resorts are invited to and receive the event brochure (with sponsor logos).
The average attendance for this dynamic kick-off to the season is more than 250 snowsports school
professionals and decision makers representing approximately 110 east coast resorts.
Promotional opportunities & Participation Fee = $300 + Product Donation for Door Prize Drawing
- A draped table in our vendor hall (set up adjacent to event registration and indoor sessions to ensure maximum exposure) to display product and provide demonstrations.
- Participation in our pre-banquet cocktail party with door prize ticket giveaway and two tickets to the popular Tuesday evening banquet (a great networking opportunity) and two lift passes for the 2 days of the event.
- "On hill" demo van space adjacent to base lodge and lifts (available to applicable sponsors who fulfill the resort requirements prior to arrival).
- Your company name and logo will be listed within the materials distributed to all attendees at SSMS as well as on our PSIA-E/AASI website and in the spring edition of our SnowPro divisional newsletter.
- Your company will be recognized for your product contribution to the SSMS banquet door prize drawing.

As the largest PSIA event IN THE COUNTRY with more than 500 attendees, the Snow Pro Jam and Masters Academy week
is the ideal event and environment for you to get your latest equipment in the hands (or on the feet!)
of Nordic Downhill and Alpine members from all areas of the eastcoast - and throughout the country as well as
PSIA-E staff and PSIA Alpine Team members!
Promotional opportunities & Participation Fee = $500 or $300* + Product donation(s) to our Pro Jam Super Raffle
* $500 - Hard goods and Related Services (i.e. skis, boots, bindings and boot fitters)
* $300 - Soft goods and Accessories (i.e. clothing, gloves, helmets, poles, misc.)
- A draped table in our vendor hall in Mount Snow’s Main Base Lodge where you can display product and provide demonstrations; on Tuesday afternoon and during our Tuesday night Sponsor Showcase where we provide sponsors and attendees a cash bar, free hors d’ouvres and a popular raffle to support our C.E. Burbridge Scholarship Fund, and during the day on Wednesday.
- "On hill" demo van space adjacent to the lodge and between the two primary lifts (available to applicable sponsors who fulfill the resort requirements prior to arrival); on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday groups will be scheduled through the van area.
- Two tickets to the popular Thursday evening banquet and Education Foundation Super Raffle (a great networking opportunity) and two lift passes for the 5 days of the event
- Your company name and logo will be listed within the materials distributed to all attendees at Pro Jam/Masters Academy as well as on our PSIA-E/AASI website and in the spring edition of our SnowPro divisional newsletter.
- Your company will be recognized for your product contribution at our Education Foundation Super Raffle.
