Fall Fitness Series

The Eastern Division is excited to announce our first ever Fall Fitness Webinar Series!

Starting Wednesday, September 9 and continuing for 5 consecutive Wednesdays at 7:00 PM EDT, the series will help you get (or stay) in shape so you can achieve your goals this winter!


Whether your goals this season are achieving certification, skiing over 100 days or riding every day of a highly anticipated weeklong vacation, preparation is essential to your success. Alpine, Nordic, Snowboarding – these are all complex sports and involve multiple systems that need to be “worked” or trained, especially when performed at a high level. They require balance, flexibility, strength, power, endurance and agility. And a well-nourished body is a well-functioning body. Since this season will be the most “interesting” one we’ve had in our lifetime, why waste time being sore or out of breath or too darn tired?

This educational series consists of five individual webinars that are meant to be watched in sequence. We’ll present training and conditioning topics that will help you become a stronger, more agile skier and rider. Each week features a new topic with a different group of experts from our membership and educational teams. If you enjoy winter sports, and if you’d like to ski or ride at a satisfying level, then now is the time to invest in yourself to prepare for the time you get to enjoy sliding on snow.

September 30th: Power and Agility
October 7th: Nutrition and Program Design

  • The cost is $90 for all 5 sessions or $20 per session if you choose individual sessions.

  • Each session counts for 1 CEU and if you sign up and attend all 5 sessions (either in person or through the post session video), you’ll get 6 CEUs.
  • If you want to earn education credits, you will need to complete a short survey after the session and pass with at least 70%.
